I care deeply about supporting you to leave your past behind and become the best version of yourself. I provide a calm and confidential space where, I listen with empathy and provide you with a tailored plan to help you find freedom from your emotional pain, ready to live your future stronger and more whole.

Having a healthy mind is just as important as having a healthy body. Both can cause us immeasurable distress when there is a breakdown of some sort. And unfortunately no one is immune from mental health difficulties. All of us have felt deep sadness, upset or worry at one time or another. Most times we are able to get back to our old selves after such a time. But sometimes, it is not possible to do so alone.

Passionate to help individuals move towards their goals of improved well-being, I have worked with hundreds of clients, both in the NHS and in private practice. I am trained in various types of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.

Because everyone is unique, I tailor sessions according to your needs. Just as no two leaves are the same, no two people have the same history. Through face-to-face sessions or online, I take the time to listen and make sure I understand the difficulties you are facing and discuss with you ways I think might be helpful in moving forward. I believe in working with you to develop and tailor a plan for getting you back on track. Through open and honest discussions, and reviewing the strategies we work on, I aim to help you reach the best version of you. You don’t always have to feel this way – and you don’t have to do it alone.
